Preferred Agency Services

Many companies do not have the volume of recruitment to warrant a Managed Agency or Master Vendor Solution and they operate a "Preferred Agency" system. This tends to be a list of between 2-6 client approved agents who can supply a range of niche skill types either on a permanent or contract basis.

Oil and Gas Project Resources has extensive experience of helping clients to set up Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) and we operate as a Preferred Agency to large numbers of International companies across the Oil, Gas and Power Industries. We are happy to work under these arrangements as our specialist consultants have the latest technology available to enable them to offer a fast and accurate service

Often we have demonstrated our ability to out-perform our competitors on such PSLs and sometimes clients have asked us to operate as the Sole Preferred Agency by allowing us an exclusive period of time to fulfil each vacancy. As a result it is often unnecessary for them to place any but the most difficult vacancies with other recruitment companies.
